Garda Siochana – Speed Enforcement Zones
Yesterday, an Garda Siochana released details of their new mobile speed camera units and locations. As part of the Road Safety Strategy 2007 – 2012 and An Garda Siochana’s strategic goals, a targeted approach to speed enforcement will be undertaken in order to significantly reduce the incidence of fatal and serious injuries and improve road safety.
